Repairs and Work Orders

Overview
The maintenance of our community is divided among the home owners and the Home Owners' Association. The association is responsible for the Common Elements; this includes such things roof repair, siding repair, exterior painting, deck staining, snow removal, and most, but not all, landscaping. Each home owner is responsible for all remaining issues that affect their own unit.

In addition, a very small number of issues, such as maintenance of the roads and some, but not all, of the boulevard tress are the responsibility of the Village of North Aurora.

If in doubt about who is responsible for a particular repair, please contact the management company.

How to Request Repairs

After you request a repair, the management company creates a "work order" that they use to track progress on your request.

Inquiring About Work Orders
To learn the status of a work order that you made previously, contact the management company either by phone or by email. If, after reasonable attempts to work with the management company, you are not satisfied with their response, please contact the
Board of Directors.
